WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our office is conveniently located in Downtown Fredericton on King St, within the same building as Mill Town Roasters. Upon entering the main door, take the door on your left to access the staircase leading upstairs. Before your first appointment your therapist will provide you a code to enter the second floor. We are in Suite 203.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL SESSIONS?

Yes! We are able to meet either virtually or in-person (at our King Street location).

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Hourly rates depend on the mental health professional you see, ranging from $120 to $225. For rates, please inquire directly.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We are able to direct bill to Blue Cross for Veterans Affairs, RCMP and Canadian Armed Forces members. For other insurance companies, you will need to be reimbursed by your insurance provider depending on your coverage. If you have questions, it's always best to check your coverage prior to initiating therapy.

WHAT AGES DO YOU WORK WITH?

Our psychologist and LTC-C work with individuals aged 19 and older.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST SESSION?

During a first therapy appointment, clients can expect to discuss their reasons for seeking therapy, relevant personal history, and goals for therapy. The therapist will also provide information about the therapy process, confidentiality and what to expect in future sessions. Therapy sessions are generally 50 minutes long.
